It is the policy of the Newport
Coast Recovery that all fees are non-refundable
Insurance Policy:
The client is primarily responsible for the payment of all fees charged
by Newport Coast Recovery. It is our policy to not accept a client's
medical insurance as payment for any fees charged by Newport Coast
Recovery.
Newport Coast Recovery does
not bill any insurance companies directly, nor does it contract with
any insurance companies. All
medical claim forms requested or
required by the client's insurance company or other company, are the total
responsibility of the client to fully comply. Newport Coast Recovery
will supply the client
with an invoice of treatment showing the bill paid according to when the total
fee is collected, which the client can forward with the required claim form
to their insurance company.
It is the client's obligation
to contact their respective insurance companies if they wish to submit
claims
for reimbursement of medical fees. It has been
our experience that insurance companies are much more responsive to their
own customers than they are to other parties. Therefore all client's
must negotiate
directly with their own insurance company for any payment of their submitted
medical claims.
Newport Coast Recovery staff
will make a concerted effort to assist each client and the client's
insurance company by providing
all necessary required
information
to facilitate the client's efforts to file claims with their respective
insurance companies. This assistance shall be offered before, upon
admission and after
admission to the facility, in the effort to benefit the client.
Newport
Coast Recovery shall not be responsible for the insurance carriers
decisions concerning payment of any medical claims submitted by any
client.
For a reasonable fee, Newport
Coast Recovery will assist client's to file their respective claims
to the appropriate medical
insurance
companies.
It is the
client's total responsibility to pay the Newport Coast Recovery's total
fees, and due
to the insurance carrier's disclaimer notice, our facility requires
full payment in advance of or upon admission. If you have any additional
questions,
please
contact our billing department.
